ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Every eligible order includes tracking information.

Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after shipment confirmation. In some cases, the courier may only update the tracking once the parcel reaches the destination country or local sorting center.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

To ensure faster delivery, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse logistics.

You will not be charged additional shipping costs for split shipments.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees required by their country.

Chisavina is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we recommend waiting a few additional business days as international logistics can occasionally experience unexpected slowdowns.

  • Chisavina is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the courier are considered successfully delivered.

INCORRECT ADDRESS INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
